Delivery within Germany is carried out via Maxibrief by Deutsche Post. Shipping costs start from €3.49.

For delivery within the European Union (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (excluding Åland Islands), France (excluding overseas territories and departments), Greece (excluding Mount Athos), United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands), Ireland, Italy (excluding Livigno and Campione d’Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (excluding non-European territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (excluding the northern part)), it is done via insured DHL parcel with a tracking number. Shipping costs start from €9.99.

Note on International Shipping

Shipping always originates from Germany. Deliveries from Germany to other countries may incur customs duties, taxes, and fees, not included in the displayed base price.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated, delivery times are indicated in the respective product description. When ordering multiple items simultaneously, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time. Please note that the delivery time is always calculated from the date of payment receipt.

Unfortunately, due to organizational reasons, picking up your order directly from us is not possible.
