Payment

We have opted for the payment methods most frequently and preferably used by our customers, offering payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Amazon Pay, and Klarna via instant transfer and invoice.

Domestic Shipping

Delivery within Germany is via DHL small parcel with tracking number. Shipping costs are €3.99.

Shipping is free for orders over €30. Delivery time within Germany is 2-4 days.

We are also happy to ship via DHL to Packstations. You can enter your Packstation address in the normal address fields. Please do not forget to include your Post ID with the delivery address.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping for a fee of 9.99€. International shipping is available for all EU countries and is carried out by DHL Warenpost International Premium with a tracking number. Shipping is free for orders over 30€.

Unfortunately, we cannot directly offer deliveries outside the EU. In this case, you have the option of using a package forwarding service at your own expense. This service will receive and forward the goods to the desired country.

If the delivery is to a non-EU country, further customs duties, taxes, or fees may be payable by the customer, not to the provider, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there. The customer is advised to inquire about the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing an order.
